Board of Management

The Board of Management is comprised of people who love their community and wish to help develop our community’s private enterprise.  The Board includes people who have strong business backgrounds, have backgrounds in the arts, in education, in government; in short, diversified backgrounds.  These citizens of Tuscola County have joined the Board of Management to offer their personal skills wherever they may be needed.

The members of the Board of Management have been trained by the Sirolli Institute in Ernesto Sirolli’s “trinity of management”, in client confidentiality, and in the role of the Enterprise Facilitator.  The members of the Board strongly believe in Enterprise Facilitation and each is committed to supporting the Enterprise Facilitator in whatever he may need.  The Board provides a base of support for the Facilitator, at the ready when the Facilitator needs a certain skill or knowledge to help a client reach his or her goals.  The facilitator reports to the Board once a month on the progress of clients.
